Some of the Trustees met to compare the various offerings from  the playground suppliers. We looked at the age ranges that each piece of equipment was designed for and the type of activities that each item provided. We are writing to our preferred supplier, to see if they can supply some items we think would be of benefit (a large hanging roundabout and smaller two axis roundabout). We are also asking about on-going maintenance costs to ensure these are not unreasonable.

We will be taking our current plans to Coldharbour Meadows on Friday to canvas the opinion of the campers on site over the weekend.

We also studied drafts of the “Our plans for the future” booklet and decided on the wording. Following the advice of a skilled fundraiser, we are looking for suitable photographs to include in the booklet.
